What is your return policy?
All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
All returns must include the original packaging.
Open purchase applies if: The product is in mint condition, with no signs of use! All original packaging and accompanying accessories must be intact and accompany the return.
We have the right to refuse refunds if the product does not meet the above conditions.
How much does it cost to send back?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you wish to return an item, you may do so according to our return policy below.
- Returns within Sweden: 80 SEK return fee
- International returns: 149 SEK return fee
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
