Our warehouse is located in Sweden and all products are shipped from there!


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • All returns must include the original packaging.

A full refund is possible if:

The product is in new condition, with no signs of use.
All original packaging and accompanying accessories are intact and included in the return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.

How much does it cost to return a product?
It costs 80 SEK to return a product to us within Sweden! To countries outside Sweden it costs 149 SEK.

How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, contact us at Naked.clt@gmail.com and include the reason for the return.


DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping within Sweden: 39 SEK
  • International shipping within the EU: 149 SEK
  • International shipping outside the EU: 199 SEK
    (Shipped with PostNord or DHL and delivered to your mailbox or nearest delivery point.)

How long is the delivery time?

Handling time: 1-2 business days. After that, the following delivery times apply:

  • Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 4-6 business days

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders on weekdays (not weekends) and strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is located in Sweden!

My order has not arrived

If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please contact us by email. We try to deliver worldwide, but if your country is not included, please email us and we will investigate the matter.


ORDERS

How do I know if my order went through?

When you place an order on Nakedclt.com, we will send an order confirmation to your registered email address.

If you have not received it after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us and we will help you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can of course cancel it. Email us at Naked.clt@gmail.com with your order number.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologize for the mistake! That is never our intention. Contact us at Naked.clt@gmail.com with pictures and your order number and we will help you.

Complaints after using products?

We do not accept returns after the products have been used! Shrinkage after washing cannot be complained about either. Hand wash or machine wash at 30 degrees is recommended. We do not issue refunds/returns during delivery of the item.
